Privacy Policy

PolyModLoader is a community-developed mod loader for the game PolyTrack, maintained by the polytrackmods team.

Data Collection

PolyModLoader does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. We have no servers that receive data from you, and we do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Mods

Mods are loaded locally on your device. PolyModLoader fetches mod files from URLs you configure yourself. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party mod authors or the servers their mods are hosted on.

The Game

PolyModLoader runs within PolyTrack, a game developed by Kodub. Any data collected by the game itself (such as leaderboard scores or account information) is governed by Kodub’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Network Requests

The only network requests made by PolyModLoader are to fetch mods from URLs you have explicitly added, and to fetch PMLCore (the default mod) from our CDN on first load. No data about you beyond what is standard in any HTTP request (such as your IP address) is included in these requests.

Third Party Services

The PolyModLoader web version is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The PMLCore mod is served via a CDN powered by Cloudflare Workers. As a result, Cloudflare may process standard request metadata (such as IP addresses) in accordance with Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We have disabled Cloudflare’s optional analytics and data collection features. PolyModLoader itself does not receive or store any of this data.

Changes

If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date at the top.
